How to Make a Complaint

We will:
– acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days where possible
– investigate the matter fairly and promptly
– work with you to resolve the complaint

If we are unable to resolve your complaint immediately, we will provide updates regarding progress and expected timeframes.

External Dispute Resolution – FSCL

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, or we have not resolved your complaint within 40 working days, you can contact Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL), our approved external dispute resolution scheme.

FSCL provides a free and independent dispute resolution service.
