My name is Tina, and I’m the Founder and Director of Lending Experts. I started this company with a simple purpose: to make the lending process clear, stress-free, and people-focused. With years of experience in finance and lending, I’ve seen first-hand how the right advice can transform the home loan journey — and that’s what drives me every day.
When I bought my first home, I realised how overwhelming the process can feel without the right support. That experience inspired me to build Lending Experts — a place where clients are treated like people, not numbers, and where every loan is tailored to individual needs and goals.
At Lending Experts, our mission is about more than loans. It’s about empowering families, supporting first-home buyers, and guiding investors with confidence. I’m also passionate about mentoring new advisers and giving back to the community wherever I can.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family, travelling, and meeting people from all walks of life.

Mahesh is a seasoned Credit Analyst and Relationship Executive with over 5 years of experience at a leading Australian bank. He also brings more than 11 years of international expertise in Business and Commercial lending.
With a deep understanding of client needs, Mahesh consistently provides tailored solutions that help clients achieve their financial objectives. He is highly respected in the finance industry for his expertise in both consumer and commercial lending. Outside of work, Mahesh enjoys spending quality time with his family and playing sports, particularly cricket.
